Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 day for porcelain products and 3 to 5 days for metal products. They are then meticulously wrapped and packed before handing them over to our shipping partners. Standard delivery orders are usually received within 3 to 5 working days and express delivery within 1 and 2 working days.
Order tracking
After your order has been processed and shipped, Maison Maleh will email you an invoice with a tracking number. If you have an account with, you can check the online status of your order and track your order using your order number. Your order status may take up to 48 hrs to update once your order has been placed or a change has been made.
Return policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:
- Unused Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging
- Any damaged, used, or altered returns or anything Maison Maleh considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
- Items must be received by Maison Maleh no later than 14 days after the date of delivery.
- Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at Maison Maleh’s discretion
- We recommend shipping merchandise for return with tracking. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled
- Gift Returns may be exchanged for other products. You must include your gift receipt or packing slip in the return. If your requested exchange item is of greater value than the original gift receipt, you must pay the difference. Refunds and cash backs for lesser value items will not be provided
- Custom-made, exclusive or limited-edition pieces may not be refunded or exchanged

Return instructions
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from this Site, please follow these instructions:
- Obtain a Return Authorization form, please email us at contact@maisonmaleh.com
- Complete the Return Authorization form and place it in the box, following instructions given by customer service
- Contact your shipping provider for a pickup
- Please keep a copy of your Return Authorisation form and Return Label in the event you need to contact customer service
- Please pack the product in the same way you received it, using sufficient bubble wrap, foam or paper cushions for delicate pieces
Refunds and exchanges
We will accept merchandise returns for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase
- Maison Maleh will refund your order on receipt of a return. This may take an estimate of 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned product
- International refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase
- Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded, except for manufacturing defects or damages
- Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt. We will replace defective goods at the earliest possible convenience.

- Free Standard delivery with Colissimo - between 3 and 5 working days
- Express delivery with Chronopost - between 1 and 2 working days - €22 (free for orders above 140€)
- Glovo Courier (Paris 75 only) - same day delivery - 9€
- For EU countries:
- Free Standard delivery with Colissimo - between 3 and 5 working days
- Express delivery with Chronopost - between 1 and 2 working days - €25 (free for orders above 140€)
- For North America:
- Free Standard delivery with Colissimo - between 3 and 5 working days
- Express delivery with FedEx - between 2 and 3 working days - €45 (free for orders above 140€)
- For all other countries:
- Express delivery with FedEx - between 3 and 4 working days - €65
